Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms
I'm not a great cook but i do like cooking (somewhat), and I enjoy trying new recipes. However, I prefer easy recipes that don't require a lot of prep time or a bunch of ingredients that I don't normally have on hand, which is why I enjoyed making these Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms. It's a pretty simple recipe. They turned out great. Actually, they were more than great, they were super delicious and I thought they tasted better than the ones I ate at the restaurant the week before. You can serve theses Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms as an appetizer or as a side dish, or you can just add a salad with them and serve for lunch. As pictured, I paired mine with a baked potato and a green salad and severed for lunch. I ate 5 stuffed mushrooms and I was stuffed! Below you will find my stuffed mushroom recipe and the photos I took of them. Enjoy!
