Article marketing has got to be one of if not, the best ways to gaining free traffic to your Blogs, websites, lens etc etc.

This method of traffic generation has been around for quite some time and has been coined with the phrase "Bummarketing".

The story behind Article Marketing aquiring the name Bummarketing, comes from the idea that you can grab a "Bum" off the street, stick him infront of a computer and via writing articles and submitting to directories, he can start rolling in the dollars.

This metaphor in plain english, means that anyone can earn money via the net submitting articles to directories that subtly promote products and websites.

But it is not quite as clean cut as this. What a lot of the so called Guru's fail to make clear, is that to attract sufficient traffic to a website via bummarketing you need to basically post to as many article directories as you possibly can.

To simply post the odd article here and there will not make the grade, you have to have the ability to post article after article after article to such sites as Ezine Articles and Go Articles. (there are many more which i will post when i get time).

You see for your average Joe, to make money from the net, 99% of the time he has to pick very narrow niches, with keywords that are targeted. These keywords can be winners but very often bring in low traffic.

This is where a high volume of quality articles come to the rescue. you may only have a small number of readers visit each article. But what if you had 50 of those articles, each one being unique, dotted across 50 directories. Do the math.....

Say for 1 article posted you receive 5 readers a day (totally made up figure)

1 article posted = 5 readers

now what if you had 50 articles.....

50 articles posted = 250 readers

100 articles posted = 500 readers etc etc.....

Now you are talking some traffic, but there is still a problem.

How long does it take you to write an article? I'm not going to do the math here but it's enough to say that it's quite a time consuming task to write article afer article.

Ok what makes Article Apps so special.

Well to use it's free!!! But you got to have a little more substance than that to a tool. I mean free means diddly squat if it does'nt do anything special, hehe.

No1..... The All in Title.

The title to your article is so important it not only pulls a visitor in, it also plays enormous importance to the search engines. Within Article Apps you are able to spin the title of your articles. This means that every article you create is assigned a completely original title, which is brilliant in terms of ensuring the uniqueness of your articles.

No2.....Author.

Yes this can be spun as well, so you don't have to manually change the author for each and every spun article, you can enter all the relevant pennames that you have for different article directories and then Article Apps will spin them into the article.

No4.....Article Resource Box.

Well same as all the above you are able to spin this area of your article. Its not really great to have an all original collection of articles with the same resource box's. Would make having different pennames redundant since anyone who visited 2 differently authored articles, would notice the exact same comments in the resource box.

Now you have prepared your article for spinning you have some options, do you want it produced as Text Files or HTML ?

It also then gives you the option to choose how many articles you require to be churned out.

Once you click spin and save it produces the articles for you to review. You can check how original each article is by clicking on "check originality", this then informs you how original each and evey article is compared to the original.

Then there is the Article Apps filter option. Ths enables you to either show or remove articles of a certain percentage if you only want articles with 80% originality to be shown, then hey presto just select 80% and bob's your uncle thats what you will get.

Social bookmarking and Internet marketing go together these days like peaches and cream. There are a million and one social sites out there in which you can use to create a constant flow of traffic and some nice juicy linkage for your sites.

On most of these sites you can comment/review whatever site you are bookmarking.

Now although i am unsure whether having the same comments/articles on different social sites make a difference i.e you get penalised for duplication or rumbled for simply using for promotion terms for your site / product.

After doing some social promotion of my own where i used some articles and simply chopped them down and swapped about. What i noticed was when the social bookmarks turned up in some search results you could see that though they were different sites, you could see the same article had been used to bookmark.

Now this may bear no relevance but i thought, why not use Article Apps to produce, real quick, short bookmarking articles that i could spin. I could spin absolute loads of these since unlike the Articles for the Article Directories i could choose to set my originality percentage to 50 % (this means loads more articles spat out).

These articles now make all of my bookmarking look totally original and different in the search engine pages. So if i have 3 social bookmarks on the front page of google, all leading to the same site, because they read totaly differently, then those searching, i would guess are more likely to click on more than just one result of mine on the page.
