Artisteer is a Great WordPress Theme Generator. It's also an excellent tool if you use Drupal, Joomla, ASP.NET, CodeSource, or of course, just plain HTML
Artisteer is quite possibly one of the best tools you can own if you're using WordPress. For less than $50 you can have an endless number of custom WordPress Themes. It's an excellent WordPress Theme generator for an amazing price.
WordPress is an unbelievably good (free) piece of software. Although it was designed for bloggers, the Affiliate Marketers have embraced WordPress due to it's ease of use, price (free), and it's expandability via plugins.
One of the problems with using WordPress however, has been finding a theme that is right for your site. There's a nearly limitless supply of free themes available, but you have to watch what you install. There's sometimes malicious code in free themes.
Also, the more popular free themes are everywhere online. I personally don't want any of my sites looking like hundreds or even thousands of others.
Of course you can also purchase a premium theme, but that can get expensive very quickly. Again, you also wind up with having your site looking like many others.
Of course you can also have a custom theme designed for you, but if you think the premium themes can be expensive, contact one of the popular theme designers and price a custom theme.

- Hi DashRR, this is a very helpful site. I've downloaded the trial version and have played around with creating themes, but haven't sprung for it yet. Your lens has helped me decide to go forward and produce my own themes. BTW, thanks for visiting my canning lens. Happy Holidays!

- I didn't actually create those videos, which I'm thinking you probably knew. :)
I only have the basic version (Home and Academic Edition), but it does allow you to use your own header 'background' and 'foreground photo' from files. It will also automatically resize the background image to fit your header.

- Very helpful site. I have been researching Artisteer and one of the things I am am looking for is to customize the headers with my own graphics. In one of the videos it mentions that you can do this but not with the home version- only the more expensive Standard version has this feature. I hope that helps others who are doing the research to purchase.
