I laugh when I see some of the items they pitch on TV. But I have to admit the commercials can be quite entertaining. The Snuggie, the Chia Pet, Shamwow, and more. AsSeenOnTV.com has the products. This lens shows some I thought were entertaining.
The pitch men are what make the commercials a hit. Billy Mays (July 20, 1958 - June 28, 2009) was a favorite and I miss seeing him do Oxyclean, Awesome Auger, Mighty Putty, etc.
Vince Offer (born Shlomi) is known for Shamwow and Slap Chop is a memorable guy to watch.
Anthony Sullivan and Billy Mays had even teamed up for a show called Pitchmen where they search for products and inventions to sell.

The Snuggie
My daughter and husband went Christmas shopping together in 2010. My daughter wanted a Snuggie for Christmas and convinced my husband to get me one too. Well they are kind of nice... but I think my son would be embarrassed if we ever showed up to his football game wearing them (see video) LOL
