1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Asian sesame oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 bag (16 ounces) carrots, shredded
1 large head savoy cabbage (about 2 1/2 pounds),

I have cooked for a lot of years, using my cookbooks and family recipes, with moderate success. I got this book from the library, and my daughter (8) and I cooked a superb dinner of mushroom stew accompanied by asparagus with Dijon vinaigrette. My wife came home, tasted dinner and nearly died of shock. It was that good, and very easy to make.
