This book is a very good selection of recipes from this region of the world. I have been studying Middle Eastern cooking as a hobby for a few years now, and have been studying cooking in general for over 10. I own a very large selection of cookbooks and many of them are Middle Eastern cookbooks, so I have seen quite a few cookbooks, and as an enthusiast I recommend this one.
