Ranked #1,020 in Nonprofits, #248,593 overall

What is ASK?

ASK is an organisation representing the voice of mental health service users in the London Borough of Newham. A service keen to listen, get involved, and help people both at a local level and online via the Internet.

We offer a platform for users to raise awareness of mental health issues and take part in user-led training, skill building, and personal development workshops.

This lens provides a place to explore all kinds of things that are really useful in our daily lives. In particular things that improve productivity, opportunity, health and well-being.

It also shares ASK news updates, information about the Newham area, and whatever else we as a group find inspirational and empowering.

Plus, because this is the Internet, you'll discover many tools and services that only exist online, yet magically are available at a screen right beside you!

Further links about where to find us, both online and off, can be found lower down the page under ASK CONNECT:

We hope you find these resources useful and thanks for dropping by.
