Let's face it, not everyone can get excited about a litter box, but with a multi-cat household, stinky cat odors are a big deal at our house. After spending hundreds of dollars trying every type of box and litter imaginable, we discovered the Smart Cat Box. The safflower seed litter has a pleasant organic scent and there is no dust or sandy debris. Here's How the Smart Cat Box Works
The patented Smart Cat Box system consists of two nested boxes. The top box holds non-absorbent safflower seed litter pellets. It has a slotted floor to allow the flow of urine directly into a covered, removable collection reservoir housed in the bottom box. The reservoir holds up to 24 ounces, so it only needs to be emptied once per day. A slotted scooper picks up everything else. You can extend the walls of your Smart Cat Box with the Plus 5" Wall Extension. If you're not planning to house your Smart Cat Box in a litter box concealer, this solution will reduce tracking and urine spraying on the walls and floor. The wall extension is easy to assemble and insert into the Smart Cat Box. It cleans up easily with soap and water. We use two Smart Cat Box systems in our home: one out in the open with the wall extension, and one in a litter box concealer without. Not Just a Litter Box...

When you're dealing with daily testing for feline diabetes, the Smart Cat Box can be a valuable diagnostic tool for monitoring your cat's blood glucose level at home. Your cat uses the system just like any other litter box, and urine flows down to the reservoir below. No more tedious and painful blood glucose testing.
