The Latest In Brainwave Entrainment

Astral projection is quite a trip but not an easy one to achieve by everyone. Isochronic tones are the latest and most effective form of brainwave entrainment technology that helps you to achieve altered states of consciousness and peak mental performances.

Isochronic tones simply consist of sound tones that influence brainwaves when they are listened to. Because they offer a clearer signal than other forms of brainwave entrainment (such as binaural beats), it makes them quite effective to achieve conscious astral projection or to tap into subconscious aspects of ourselves.

If you already know what isochronic tones are and you're just looking to acquire some tones to experiment yourself, then head over to the Out Of Body Experience Portal to download astral projection isochronic tones now. Otherwise, read on, it gets interesting...

Isochronic Tones Explained

In similar fashion to monaural beats, an isochronic sound wave consists of a single sound tone that beats repeatedly and quickly to create an interference pattern which affects the brain (it will make it more relaxed).

Isochronic tones are more pronounced than monaural beats and as such produce a stronger and quicker effect. Technically, monaural beats consist of a continuous sine wave while the pulse in isochronic tones is made up of a series of separate occurrences of the same tone.

The whole idea is to affect the frequency of the brain by subjecting it to controlled stimuli. During the normal waking hours, the brain usually operates in the Beta frequency range (14-30 Hz), but that's not where our brain is at when an out of body experience occurs.

Using Isochronic Tones For Astral Projection

Simply put, astral projection or out of body experiences occur when there is a separation between the physical and energetic bodies. For this to happen consciously, the body and mind must first be in a very deep state of relaxation.

Specifically, this means the brain must be generating theta brainwaves (4-8 Hz) which are slower than beta waves - and here lies the difficulty: it is not so easy to consciously slow down the brain that much.

Theta brainwaves, amongst other things, occur when someone is in deep meditation, is dreaming while asleep or is having a spontaneous out of body experience. Using isochronic tones to bring about a slowing down of the mind's activity makes astral projection much easier to achieve because they brain is automatically tuned into the right frequencies.

How To Use Isochronic Tones To Have An Out Of Body Experience

The process of inducing a conscious out of body experience should begin by carefully choosing a time for the experiment (early morning after a good night of sleep is often the best in relation to the natural cycles of the brain's chemistry). Proceed to listen to the isochronic tones recording (preferably with headphones) at a comfortable volume and give yourself suggestions that you are to relax very deeply while remaining awake. If you like, use visualizations to focus your mind.

As you brain's cycles slow down and approach the theta state, your body will feel heavier and you will eventually attain what is called 'sleep paralysis' during which you will not be able to move your physical body. This simply means your body believes you are asleep and this is a preventive mechanism that occurs naturally every night to stop you from acting out your dreams while you sleep. The good news is you are ready to separate from your physical body at this point.

There exist a number of exit techniques, most involving visualizations, to coax the energetic body out of the physical one. You will need to experiment on your own for this part - it's just one of those things that become obvious when you get there. You will sense your energetic body as much and even more than your physical one at this point and so you will sense how it is possible to move with it. You simply must not act too quickly or you may find yourself moving with your physical body instead and this will break your trance.

A Note About Using Headphones

While it is not necessary to listen to isochronic tones with headphones (as is the case with binaural beats that send two different sound signals to each ear) I do recommend that you stick to headphones to reduce ambient noises that may compete with the tones and diminish their effectiveness. You want to reduce external stimuli as much as possible.

The Most Exciting Experiences Ever!

All forms of brainwave entrainment significantly facilitate the process to induce conscious astral projection but it still requires some patience and determination... But to experience the most amazing sensation of being free of your body, to explore an inner world of wonders and to try out things you never could in normal life makes all of it worth it!

Quite literally: meet other beings, fly around your home, move quickly to different locations, go through walls and even have astral sex - no words may do these experience justice - you just have to do it!
