The Benefits of Sylvia Browne - Astral Projection Techniques CD

Since I was a kid I was always having strange experiences that I couldn't fully explain or even begin to understand.

At about the age of 8 I started to have these very vivid dreams that were very hard to separate from waking life. It was around this time that other things started to happen. While I was awake, I would be sitting in my living room watching tv when all of a sudden the room would seem to vibrate. But in such a way that it actually felt as if it wasn't the room at all, but my own self. Not in the physical sense because my body wasn't actually moving, but it felt as if it was my spirit. This was a reacurring occurance as it happend about once a week. This was not the only thing that I experienced around this time period. One morning I got up for school, got ready, finished off a bowl of cereal and headed out the door for the bus stop. As I got about half way down my driveway I had a vision, like a quick flash in my head of my sister pulling up behind me in her Conquest and instead of telling me to get in she tells me to sit on the hood. She then drives me the rest of the way stopping at the top abrubtly so I would slide off the hood. Immediately after the flash she pulled up behind me and it all happend just as it did in my head. Now I know this isn't anything big but it was to me at 8 years old.

Then years later at around 1995, so I guess I would've been about 14, I started to read things about Astral Projection, Psychic abilities and other strange phenomenon. This sparked a hungry curiosity in me because it all seemed to be linked to everything I had been experiencing thoughout my life. This was also the start of the internet age for me and getting our first computer opened up a whole world of information, ideas and products that I was happy to be apart of.

Some were guided meditations others were just these sounds called binaural beats which are supposed to put your brain in a synchronized state similar to what occurs during meditation. I even purchased a light device that look like sun glasses with 4 little lcd lights underneath. That was by far the most costly of everything I bought running me around $150. At this point the best thing I had used was this 14 track Audio CD which was called Astral Projection Mind Voyages or something like that. This CD had me out of my body and astral projection the very first time I used it. As good of an impression as it left on me the CD began to lose its effect after only a few short months. Years went by and I would try and astral project whenever I could.

At about the age of 25 I wanted to get back into Astral Projecting the way I had been when I was younger. I started looking all over the internet for anything I could read on the subject. I found a few interesting ideas and products that were definitely worth the cost but weren't giving me the results that I wanted. At this point I was Astral Traveling 2 to 4 times a month with a few lucid dreams thrown in. Now during all my searching I some how came across Sylvia Browne.
