One of the best console that I played

Atari 2600 was amazing. I mean, really spent entire days played at it. Spacer invaders, Kaboom, Missile Command and many others. In fact at my hands was fried two consoles because I played more that 20 hours with then at a single day.

It wonder how with only few "pixels", games was so addictive and try to completed the levels and keep live.

It is credited with popularizing the use of microprocessor-based hardware and cartridges containing game code, instead of having non-microprocessor dedicated hardware with all games built in. The first game console to use this format was the Fairchild Channel F; however, the Atari 2600 is credited with popularizing the plug-in concept among the game-playing public.

How don't recognize this. It's one of more important accessories from the console. I remember that I could fix when it don't worked. Checking the board of the joystick, or its cables.
