For those who found the light
Just like me, you are now in a stage in your life that you are very hungry for information. You need to know who else thinks just like you. You need to research the ideas of other atheists. You start to wonder if there are other people like you who do not believe in god.
The good news is, there are many of us!
And many have written books about being an atheist.
Here are some of the books that I found informative and entertaining.
The God Delusion
Richard Dawkins
God Delusion is probably the best atheism book there is. It explains almost every reason not to believe in god. It also contains arguments from the believers and how to refute or contradict these arguments.It is written by Richard Dawkins, an atheist like you.
Own a copy
I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours.

Sam Harris
End of Faith is a book written by Sam Harris. He is a neuroscientist, someone who studies how the brain works. I recommend this book for those who just recently became atheist and want to find out the scientific basis of faith. Harris explores the processes in the human brain that leads to belief in a god. God is Not Great is a very hard core atheist book by a cognitive scientist Christopher Hitchens. Hitchens explores the dangers of religion in this book. In one part of the book, he narrates a story of facing a group of muslims from a congregation. The danger it brings if they have just learned that it is okay to kill other people who do not believe in Allah.God is Not Great explains how religion poisons everything.
