Do you live in the Atlanta Area?
I am not a real estate agent. I work with real estate companies, developers and home builders to help get exposure for their new home communities. This seemed like a good place to list that information. I am open to comments. Everyone is trying new ways to market their communities. Should you live downtown?
Does it make sense (cents) for you?
Many people will tell you that is very expensive to live downtown. It is if you want a single family home, they are almost non-existent and if they are...VERY EXPENSIVE!
Condos provide a good alternative and are often very cost effective. Consider how much money you are spending on gas to commute to downtown if you work there and figure that in your cost of ownership. It may be cheaper than you think.

- It was so hard finding a place that is affordable Buckhead. man I spent months looking for a place. I moved from Florida to Georgia and was living in some cruddy apartments off the North Druid Hills exit. Finding condominiums Atlanta Georgia has to offer is not an easy task. After a while I knew I wanted a luxury Atlanta condo. One site really helped me out and that was www.officialinsidelook.com. Here I found the biggest listing of Atlanta Luxury condos in the state. The site is awesome. Well the site helped me find my new place at the Grand. Atlanta Luxury

- You can sleep longer in the morning. If you commute to downtown Atlanta, how early do you have to get up?

- Save money on gas. living outside the perimeter could cost you hundreds more per month if you worked downtown and drive it every day.
