Who would have thought that Lester Patel and Jeffrey Barnes, aka Jeffster, would become heroes in the series finale of Chuck?

Throughout Chuck's five year run, Jeffster periodically performed, whether people wanted them to or not.

Let's take a look back at two of the Buy More's most annoying, entertaining and unique Nerd Herd members.

Lester Patel

Lester, portrayed by actor Vik Sahay, along with Jeffrey, performed for the first time at the Buy More when Jeffster auditioned to be the band for Ellie and Devon's wedding.

Their performance of Africa was not well received by all, yet Jeffster went on to perform several more times on the series and made quite an improvement.

The episode is titled Chuck vs the Best Friend and took place during season two.

Jeffrey Barnes

Jeff, portrayed by Scott Krinsky, is the musician of the group and performs background vocals. He is also older than the other members of the Nerd Herd.

When not performing with Jeffster, he teams up with best friend Lester in an attempt to pull pranks and cause chaos for others.

Together, they create their own rock video with the cover song Blaze of Glory.

Lester because of his performances and vocals.

WriterJanis says:

I love both of these guys, but I think Lester is the one who steals the show.

Jeffrey because of his musical skills.

Mauhro says:

Both of them, i liked Jeffrey "normalization". These two nerds deserved Chuck's finale.

Jeffster Music

For awhile, Jeffrey and Lester have been suspicious of spy activity going on, especially after discovering Castle.

In the series finale, Jeffster saves the day by performing on stage to keep the music going to allow Chuck the time to diffuse a bomb which will go off when the music stops.

All ends well for Jeffster when they are discovered by a German record producer after their performance at the Pacific Concert Hall in which they helped saved the day. Goodbye to the Buy More and hello to Germany.

Loved this series. Not only for Strahovski. Better the first two seasons, anyway. Nice lens.
