Do you have a birdfeeder in your yard?

From the lens Attracting Birds to Your Yard.

Nice. Locating feeders in different parts of your garden will attract different birds. Some species like to use feeders in the middle of the garden, some prefer feeders located close to cover.

Yes, I have a seed feeder, a seed block, and a suet block. I love birds and have written a couple of lenses on them. Your lens is very good! Thank you for sharing.

What beautiful pictures I am getting the bird bath to get some birds in the yard. We were so surprised to get bluebirds in our new birdhouse last year. What a joy. They had two clutches.

Lizzy, I just love your lenses! I live in a heavily wooded area and don't need to attract birds to my yard by feeding them. I especially like the cardinals and blue jays, they are the most amazing to watch. Five stars. Great job!

Absolutely beautiful - but what else could this be? All of your work is a delight

We have big glass doors in our living room which overlook our garden (yard) and we love to watch the birds in their many varieties. Enjoyed the lens.

Saw this on Twitter... I have two suet cakes. The one in the front yard is never touched, but the one in the back yard disappears in 2 days. Birds are such a mystery, but I love to feed them. Squid Angel Blessed.

It's fun to watch birds. I just wish we had more varieties around here.

Oh yes! We have a few different feeders in our garden and have a variety of birds that feed there. We are now trying to work out where the nests are - although squirrels have taken over the magpie's nest in the top of our apple tree, so having them around may make the birds more cautious.

We have a pigeon we call "hop along" as he is lame on one leg and I am sure the reason why he is so healthy (apart from the limp) is because of the food we put out all year round.

I'm a big fan of birds in general, and this is a great source of info on birds and birdfeeders as well. 5 Stars and thanks!

Somewhere up there in your lens I think I may have senn a clue as to what you wanted for Christmas.....I might have to read it again to find it, but I'm pretty sure your cat would LOVE a birdfeeder as a gift. 5*

Well if they don't get the hint, then you can knock them upside the head with one of the squirrels corn cobs. Great lens. I enjoyed reading it. Lizzy, I thought you wanted a couple of Bluebird nest boxes, too.

As a bird lover I am hoping that my loved ones take the hint when I email this lens to them. You can never have enough bird feeders.
