Before you take others opinion see the movie and try and understand what was going on during that time for the original people involved. As people or natives of color other that White were put thru and the taking over of their country. I give the actors and director A for trying as far as Miss Kidman and Mr Hugh Jackman I love them both (Mr Russell Crowe could not do this movie justice) Mr Jackman is more rugged and Ms Kidman is what is expected of a English Women and played Lady Ashley well. The actor that played Naulla and his Grandfather were excellent in the movie. David who played Mr Fletcher was super. Like I said you have to see it to understand it. PS I bought the DVD
