I personally like the Rib Eye Steak on the bone, cut thick and cooked in the right manner (I learnt that from watching a YouTube video) it has become a favorite with guests at our BBQ's. Served with a green and potato salad or hot mustard coleslaw it is the ducks guts for a great meal.
