Homey atmosphere owned and operated by a charming family of parents, children and grandchildren. The prices are surprisingly low, service is excellent, clean and tidy kitchen, and the lenqua burrito is a sure bet every time!

Carolina's Mexican Food
This is a restaurant that has been a favorite of locals for a very long time. The décor hasn't changed over the years and it still has its original concrete floor, but the food is great. Give the foot-long chorizo and bean burro a try!

Owner-chef Micela Medina's hearty soups are the bait of this old-school Mexican restaurant and it is one of the few places in Phoenix where deep-fried pork skins in jalapeno sauce are still served. Simple Mexican food, but delicious!
