Consumers Feeling Mechanic Shortage at the Pump
As the price of gasoline continues to climb, desperate drivers are anxious to harness fuel-saving technology like that of hydrogen fuel assisted cell kits.
While consumers can purchase various do-it-yourself hydrogen assisted fuel cell kits from the internet, these DIY kits provide only part of the technology needed to benefit from hydrogen assisted fuel cells.
A special computer is needed to control the car's existing computer and keeps it from rejecting the savings. This computer must be calibrated by a trained installer who has access to necessary equipment.
A shortage of certified mechanics is creating a narrow bottle-neck and in many cases completely preventing consumers from being able to benefit from available fuel savings technology.
In states like Utah, where there is only one certified mechanic, demand is already exceeding supply. Team Everest, Inc. of Orem, Utah has contracted with a Master Trainer to help mechanics in the west become certified in this technology. It is their hope to be able to certify enough mechanics to keep up with the growing local demand.
