An Autoresponder that imports list, no need for validation sends HTML and attachments
I found a great autoresponder and newsletter management PHP package that can be run from your server.
It has the following components: Unlimited autoresponces, imports lists in CSV format, no validation of subscribers is necessary, sends emails in HTML format and attachments can be added.
Here I review this tool which I will certainly be using in my online marketing efforts.

Versatile Autoresponder
Find a great sutoresponder with many features
Recently I was faced with a very unique challenge which resulted in an excellent solution which I would like to share with you.
My name is Gary Terrazas I am a web developer from South Africa, the owner of www.hitechmarketing.co.za - an 8 year old SEO business.
Because I was not formally trained in any of the development languages, we mostly do marketing, I have to find ready made solutions when clients look for web enhancements.
Such was the case when a client asked me to set up an autoresponder and newsletter management system from which he could manage his newsletters.
He needed to add some of his current clients to the auto response sequence and harvest new clients from his website also adding the new subscribers to the autoresponder.
He did not want the current clients to be sent an extra validation email.
Furthermore he wanted the ability to send HTML files with his branding as well as a PDF attachment which was an introduction letter.
Finally he wanted to send out ad-hoc broadcasts to the entire list.
And in terms of price he wanted a once off fee, that he would need to pay monthly. In terms of making a bit of profit I needed to get the total solution for under $50.
Just to make it clearer, below are the list of components I was looking for:
1. Unlimited Autoresponder
2. Import current clients without sending validation email
3. Send emails in HTML format
4. Send emails with PDF attachment
5. Send out broadcasts to entire list
6. Price tag - under $50
So I had to find a versatile autoresponder.
I scoured the web looking for an online script or application that would conform to all the above specs.
Eventually I found a great website where all autoresponder/newsletter management scripts are grouped together http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Mailing_List_Managers/index.html. I reviewed each one down the list and found that all missed one or another of the components I was looking for. This took me the better part of an entire day.
Just when I was about to give up, I did a final search in Google and lo and behold I found exactly what I was looking for a script that would do all the things needed by my client.
I installed it on my server, got stuck a couple of times and received only the best assistance from their support team.
