Avatar Financial Group is based out of Seattle, Washington, but we review and fund deals from anywhere in the country. Founded in 2002, we are headed by Jerry Zevenbergen (CEO) and T.R Hazelrigg (President).
We are the people to turn to when your loan doesn't meet bank standards or when you do not have time to wait for a bank's paperwork. Because Avatar Financial is institutionally funded, we have complete control over the loans we approve. Thus, we do not have to convince investors, and we never run into the trouble of insufficient funds! Avatar is in control of over one-hundred million dollars in funds: If you and your project qualify for funding with Avatar, you will receive those funds within days.
