This scenic drive once old Highway 101, boasts a 31 miles of natural beauty and unexpected oddities all surrounded by the conserved area known as Humboldt Redwoods State Park.
Along this stretch of road watch as the towering redwoods envelop the roadway. It is another world indeed.
Much what is seen today along this drive is through the diligent conservation effort of the Save The Redwoods League who has lobbied for the successful protection of the these Giants since 1918.

As it may seem though the real treat is the Founders Grove.
This grove so named for the founders of the Save The Redwoods League is a testament of what can be done to ensure generations to come can enjoy what we enjoy to today.
