- I've just returned to selling Avon after being on Mat leave and designed my own website (www.shopavon.ca ) and have also contacted local centres (seniors centre, local businesses etc.) about leaving brochures for them or taking part in open house events, made car magnets for my vehicle and much more through Vistaprint.com (currently they have a 1month free trial for your own website). I've also created a facebook group Addicted 2 Avon (check it out or become a member). I've also been sending out postcards to local individuals in my area (again printed through Vistaprint) they have lots of FREE products to try out right now! I also contacted all my 'friends' on Facebook and received a lot of new customers... in total i have almost 50 customers in 1 month and $2000 in sales so far for 2 campaigns so i can't complain and YES i'm making money with it!! Also tag on your website or Online brochure link to your email signature!!

- No you absolutely can NOT give customers your email address. Methods of contact are only for representatives that wish to sell products to customers. Keeping any all forms of contact from the customer will ensure you fail and I will snatch up your customers.

- Yes, in the UK we are allowed to post through mail slots/mail boxes. Here is what I am doing for Christmas to boost my sales..... I am giving away the IPOD shuffle in a drawing to one of my customers. The catch is to qualify to win this IPOD, they have to buy at least ONE bottle of the new Christian Lacroix Absynth for HER. (Sell 5 get the IPOD for £10, Sell 20 get it for free). Id rather one of my customers have a chance at it than myself. SECOND; I will be giving away an AVON Gift basket. (Got to love the clearance section in Hello Tomorrow) Consisting of 10 AVON products and a gift voucher for future purchases. I made up post card sizes flyers in which I leave in beauty salons, barbers (guys like cheap gifts for their women ::::sighs::::) laundrettes, bakeries, anywhere they will be seen. Its been 3 days and so far I have 27 NEW customers. I have only spent £25.00 TOTAL on my gifts. GOOD LUCK!! cheshier_cat1970@yahoo.co.uk
