A Myriad Of Colors Representing A Cadre Of Causes

What They Symbolize

You see them all the time. They are stuck on the back of cars and windows, on mugs and shirts. They are the ribbons which symbolize a person's awareness of their chosen cause. Whether it is the yellow in support of our troops, or the red ribbons which stands for the fight against AIDS, they are everywhere.

However, there are a wide variety of multi-colored ribbons which symbolize awareness of many different causes. Usually, each colored ribbon has multiple meanings behind them as well. I have created this lens in an effort to better educate people on these special items which you so often come across.
