I don't know about you, but when I was growing up I wasn't too concerned about my health. Most of us believed that we would live forever or in some of our cases, die before reaching thirty. But surprise, surprise, here we are and maybe not in the best of health or shape.
I don't know who said it first but ..."If I had known that I would live this long I would have taken better care of myself." This quote has been attributed to Mickey Mantle, Eubie Blake, Winston Churchill, George Burns and others. This could very well be said by a great number of us Baby Boomers.
