Baby Food Recipe
Oaty Bananas
Ingredients:Quarter cup rolled oats
Half cup water
Half a ripe banana
Quarter cup milk (breast or formula)
Place oats and water in a saucepan, bring to the boil, simmer for five minutes and remove from the heat.
Slice the banana and puree in baby food grinder, add the milk and mix together.
Stir the banana milk into the cooked cereal and allow to cool to the correct temperature for your baby.

Don't be worried if your baby spits out the food to begin with - it normally takes a few days to get used to this new experience
