Commercial baby food: The truth!

Ranked #20,035 in Healthy Living, #296,456 overall

Do you want to know the truth about baby's shop food?

Do you want to know the truth about baby's shop food? I DO. I'm a young mom and I want to learn more about commercial baby food. So is it better to buy or cook? What is healthier? Mass produced food or food from supermarket (simple or organic)? Is there a difference? Jars or homemade food? How can you know what is inside your baby's food?

After my research, I decided that I would cook myself and I would be aware what I put inside. I buy some organic and some simple vegetables, fruits and pulses. I'm sure there are more nutrients in my food than in commercial food. At least there is no additives, salt, sugar and some unpronounceable bull*****. Sorry for my words!

  • Companies dilute many second- and third-stage fruits and vegetables with water and starchy fillers and sweeten them with sugars

Great lens on a very important subject! I always made the majority of my babies food. I had a manual baby food grinder. They are one of the best things ever, as they can easily travel with you, when necessary. Every mom needs one!
