Goldfish babies or fry are very small and very vulnerable once they hatch. They really need someone to take care of them while they become adults and be less vulnerable. They are very cute and like zipping in your tank which kind of funny. It is a joy to watch them grow to be adults, but you have to be prepared and have some spare time. You need special kind of food and a smaller tank in which they will live until they grow up enough to be moved into a larger tank.
At The Beginging
what you need to do...
It takes a really long time for goldfish to grow up from babies to adults and it takes a longer time for the eggs to be hatched by the female goldfish. The breeding can happen without your knowledge when the conditions are right. It happens many times that owners wake up and
see that they have their aquarium filled with goldfish eggs. What do they do?
If you love goldfish and have the possibilities to take care of them, you can continue researching on what you need to do. However, if you do not want to take care of goldfish fry, if you leave the eggs in the aquarium, your goldfish will eat them. You need to remove the eggs from the main tank a place them into another tank called the fry tank. In this thank you will keep the eggs until they hatch and until your fry grow to be healthy adults.
So how do you move your eggs? The best idea is to create a "spawning mop". The female will release the eggs in one place and it will be a lot easier for you to move them into the fry tank. You must move these eggs before they get eaten.
In your fry tank, you must move 20-25% of the water from the old tank. This way the fry tank will be populated with healthy bacteria. Set up this second tank near the primary goldfish tank. You will move the water easily. To make sure your goldfish eggs hatch faster increase the water temperature to 70 degrees F. Your goldfish will hatch in 3-4 days.

Feeding Your Godlfish Babies
From the time your fry will watch, in the first 48 hours feed them only liquid food. Remember to clean the tank of egg shells and dead fry. At 2 weeks, you can feed them newly hatched brine shrimp and cooked egg yolks. Your goldfish babies will eat more than an adult goldfish because they need to grow. In the first 13-15 weeks you need to feed them 3 times a day what they can eat in 2 minutes. After that feed them like adult goldfish, once a day what they can eat in 2 minutes. Feed them fresh household foods like fruit and vegetables.

- Hi
Well, I don't know what to say about the rock wish algae, but you definitely need some pond water. It would be good to get some liquid food especially designed for them, then you can move to cooked yolk of hard boiled eggs and continue with newly hatched brine shrimp as they grow.
I would suggest making up a small box filter with a sponge intake through a low-power water pump and when you need to do a water change, simply have the water pump dump the water into a waste receptacle instead of into the box filter and back to the tank. That way, all waste water will be drawn from the fry tank through the sponge - and will eliminate the accidental fry death from being sucked out and dumped. This will also eliminate the heavy motion of a vacumn - the current alone can damage delicate fins and sometimes backs of fry

- i have a 55 gal turtle tank w/ goldfish. i never noticed eggs but now i have discovered about 20 very tiny "fry" swimming mostly in one corner. What should i do to save them? Should i move them into a new smaller tank? or do i leave them and hope some of them live?

- Hi
If you can move them in a smaller tank that would be great. Move
with the water you have in your main tank. Make sure the water high
in the new fry tank is not higher than 6 inches(15 cm).
Good luck and take care
