Baby Modeling Tips 

1. Do Not Pay Anyone Money - Many unscrupulous modeling agencies or "managers" will ask you for money. They will usually only take pictures and send them to the real modeling agencies. You can do this yourself. If your baby has what it takes you will not need a professional photographer.
2. Staged Photos - Most modeling agencies want clear pleasent picture of your baby. No hats, funny glasses or the like. The agencies want to see your baby without all the props.
3. Location, Location, Location - the hot bed of baby modeling is on either coast. To make it big in the baby modeling world you will have to live on one of these coast. The good news is that their is always local work in print and television for the baby model in your local market.
4. Looks are not everything - Does your baby model work well with other adults? Can the baby be seperated from you without any problems. You may have the cutest baby in the world but if your baby is incapable of leaving your arms then you will have a problem.
5. Rejection - Can you take it? As the parent of a baby model you will probably hear the no word dozens of times before your baby actually lands the first job. Don't take it personal. If your baby model has what it takes with a little persistance she/he will get work.
