Popular Baby Names

It has been tough for me to figure out a name for my newest daughter. I went to many of the standard baby names sites, and they all seemed to have the same boys names and girl names. It seemed like I had to form a long term relationship just to browse through names that we might consider. As I went through, I made a few of my own lists, and have now (drum roll please...) Prettied them up a little, so if anyone who is in my same shoes will have a great list (I added boy names also)from which to start from in the journey of naming their own baby. Enjoy!

Baby Names you can Love

Besides naming your baby a name you and he or she will be happy with, you have a special bond with them because of the reason you chose the name.

Knowing the meaning of a name can also help you steer clear of undesirable meanings that many superstitiously believe chart a child's destiny.

Top 10 one and 2 syllable names

When choosing a baby name, many parents want short, easy to remember (and spell) names for their children). A child with a short name learns their name and learns how to spell it more quickly than a child with a longer, more complicated name.

Shorter names are also more memorable because they are easier to remember. Trying to remember a child's name that is difficult to pronounce tends to be more of a frustration, so it is easily forgotten. If you're looking for an easy name for your baby to grow up with, this group of one syllable and two syllable names can make your search easier.
