Baby Shower Bingo

Baby Shower Bingo is a great game to play at your baby showers. It's simple, as almost everyone knows how to play, slightly competitive (especially if you've been spiking the punch :) --- just not mommy's punch), and a way for guests of the shower to win small prizes themselves.

The prizes can range wildly depending on how much the person throwing the party wants to spend, but try to make sure they are something that the guests would actually like versus something that will most likely get recycled or worse when she leaves the party.

I'd spent hours the first time I threw a shower making my own cards. I admit, they were cute, but in the end, there were several other parts of the shower that got sacrificed because I spent so much time on the bingo cards.

Ever since then, I just buy pre-made ones. There are two ways to do it. If you want to make the bingo cards yourself with your computer at home, you can buy Bingo Card Creator.

The other option I recommend is to buy premade bingo cards that are completely filled out. (This site has great pre-made bingo cards that are baby specific, as well as other great game ideas)

I've personally found that I use the Bingo Card Creator for more than just baby showers, but on occasion have still bought the special baby-themed cards for friends I really like who I'm throwing the shower for. 

However you do create the cards for baby shower bingo, make sure to have fun and make sure the mommy is smiling. It's her day, and very soon, it'll be her child's day. BINGO!
