Position two of the jelly Bean halves where the kitty cats eyes should be. Add the red gumdrops nose and use a few strips of licorice for the whiskers. It's a good idea to already have the jellybeans and licorice twists cut in appropriate shapes and sizes to make decorating the cupcakes as easy as picking up the items out of the bowls.
