YES!!! Definitely. However we need to take high-quality GMP, pharmaceutical-grade at optimum levels if we really want to feel the difference. Otherwise, we could just be making expensive urine from products that our body cannot use.

- How does one maintain a youthful, stressful life if he/she is afflicted with a dibelitating disease or condition such as epilepsy. An epileptic person, especially a woman, could not help being stressed especially during her pregnancy with widely prescribed anticonvulsant Topamax linked to birth defects, a newly discovered Topamax side effects. These women are faced with a dilemma of treating their epilepsy at the risk of their babies. Now, with that choice, how can one not be stressed.

- Me and my wife promotes healthy living. We do jogging during weekends in the morning or sometimes afternoon, after-work. We enjoy it both. And for our food we have low fat and more on protein foods. By the way we are on our mid 40's and we still go for 10K Run. ;)
