BATH MATS - POTTERY BARN: (organic cotton), these are amazingly soft, great quality, and come in a beautiful array of earthy colours. Pottery Barn also has a full line of organic bedding, organic towels, and bedding for babies. When you choose organic cotton you are choosing a material that is long lasting, which is a great benefit for our earth (disposable items just end up in our landfills).

FURNITURE - CISCO BROTHERS (organic cotton). Here is another great company that puts the word hip in green. Cisco is one of the first designers to create 100% FSC Pure sustainable upholstered furniture. This company uses certified woods, reclaimed hardwoods, water based glues, and environmentally friendly detergent to wash all of their fabrics.

JEANS - MAVI (organic cotton) molly collection. It is nice to see that clothing companies are starting to slowly jump on the organic band wagon. There aren't too many yet, but how great to see this Canadian company "Mavi Jeans" feature a few of their styles in organic cotton!

Choosing an eco friendly baby gift, for a mom to be is a wonderful idea. We have compiled a list of our favourite picks for a green baby shower. These items are sure to be a hit with the eco-consious and trendy mom.
