Week 1: Organizing the Bachelorette Party
Pick a date
First item on the agenda, consult with the bride-to-be and the rest of the bridal attendants to determine what her availability is.  Most bachelorettes prefer to have the party a month or more in advance to avoid any extra social commitments the month prior to the wedding.

Decide on activities
Is this going to be a daytime event, or a night-long celebration?  Is it a big group or a small group?  If the bride-to-be has several groups of friends, consider some quick ice-breaking activities before the main event to help kickstart interaction among the partygoers.  One idea is to have fun, light-hearted games on hand to play while waiting for everyone to show up.  Here are some fun ones that you can print out on your home computer:

Create guest list
The bride-to-be should only be involved in choosing the date, the activities and the guests.  She's got enough to worry about with the upcoming ceremony. 

Purchase party favors
Time to go shopping!  If you are playing games, it's always fun to have a prize for the winner.  And of course, every bride-to-be needs a feather boa!

Make any needed reservations
Going out for dinner before all the festivities?  Book that table now.  And, if the plans are to hit the bars after, be sure to call the bar in advance.  You may be able to negotiate a package deal if you say you're hosting a bachelorette party, such as a flat rate for three hours.

Confirm reservations
With the headcount more or less complete, be sure to confirm the reservations you made last week.  Also confirm any special arrangements, such as having party favors placed at each table setting at dinner.

Photo evidence
Pick up some disposable cameras and give them to guests to take impromptu photos of the action.  They can pass the cameras around so everyone is sure to be in a picture or two!  After the party, collect all the cameras and develop the film.  Host the photos online as a post-party favor for all attendees, and a reminder for the bride of her one of her last days of being single.

Marriage Counseling

A marriage counselor once said that the key to saving your marriage is to not let it get off track in the first place. It is good if you and your significant other can be alone in a quiet place, without phones and interruptions, this will keep the focus on each other and out of the real world.

Many people think that by seeking any sort of counseling they are saying that they can't handle their own life; however, this is not the case. Going to a counselor, shows a level of maturity that wants to know more about oneself and about their partner. Willingness to look for a better way and to solutions to one's problems shows wisdom, and people who are willing to do this will go far in life and in their relationships.
