An Introduction to Bach Flowers
They are safe enough for pregnant women, babies and children to take. They even work on animals and plants.
There are no side effects with bach flowers and they can be taken in conjunction with any other drugs or natural treatments with no contra-indications.
I have used and prescribed these remedies for about 18 years and have experienced amazing results.
The Bach Flower Story
He left his practice in 1930 and devoted his life to finding new ways of healing people and so the Bach Flower remedies were born.
He observed that people had 38 different emotions and came to the conclusion that if you fixed their emotional health then their physical health would improve.
He explored the English countryside until he found his 38 remedies. The last 19 of them he found in the Oxfordshire countryside where he lived in Mount Vernon until his death in 1936.
The Dr Edward Bach Centre is still based in Mount Vernon and carries on his work, making the remedies and passing on Dr Bach's teachings.
