Save yourself from Back Pain
Too much computer time will cause back aches. Us desk jockeys need stretch breaks throughout the work day. Fail to do this and you risk medical problems. Apart from the hand, the back is one of the most vulnerable to long bouts at th desk. If you're sitting for hour, it's time to get up. Keep the circulation going and keep the muscles supple. A trip to the Hospital costs more in time and money than twenty minutes of stretching.

Watch Your Back
Our spines compress as gravity works on our body. Over time this can cause back aches. Compound that with a sedentary lifestyle or lengthy desk work and you worsen the situation. I've had many co-workers complain of back problems. Some have gone to seek physical therapy when the situation became unbearable.
After seeing that, I tried to learn more about back ache prevention and caring for one's back. One of the first things I've learned is that physical therapy requires quite a bit of stretching. It wasn't just the stories from my co-workers. I've also had a bit of experience with it when I was treated for RSI. Nerve damage can be a very painful problem. Fortunately, even for nerve injuries there are cures.

Spine-Worx Back Realignment Device
The concept is simple. The user lies down on the guide rails and lets gravity do the rest. The rails are positioned to massage the back as well as nudge the spine into the proper alignment.
Non-Powered Back Stretcher
These arcs work on the same principle. The user lies on them and the natural curvature allows gravity to gently stretch the back.
