How To Use The Key

- Find a digital text of yours that has some typos or misspellings. You can also visit the practice area at the end of this page.
- Use your mouse pointer and leftclick before the letters you'd like to delete, hold on and release after the last letter you'd like to be gone.
- Shortly press the Backspace button.
- That's it. The letters you selected will be gone!
When Should I Use It?
Whether to use this key or not is a judgment call, and needs to be decided on a case by case basis.Some examples of good use:
- Typo's and grammar errors
- Irrelevant text
- Accidental admissions of guilt
- Accidentally written credit card numbers
- The names of your co-authors
- On every letter you type
Overuse of the backspace key may lead to a dramatic decrease in productivity.
