My Personal Experience Of Back Support Cushions and Pillows.
No matter what you are doing to help cure or ease your back pain a lumbar back support cushion may really help you in day to day life.
Sitting is such an essential part of most of our lives yet can be a real problem for those of us with back issues. Sitting puts a huge amount of pressure on the spine and if you already have lumbar back problems you need extra help.
Here is my review of The Freedom Back support cushion and some other back support cushions you may like to look into.
I have found that having these back support cushions have enhanced the work I have put in to correct my muscle imbalances and kept me moving forward with all my progress.

The Freedom Back is an excellent back support pillow and I personally own two of these! They are designed to fit the shape of the whole back from upper back all the way down to the hips. It is ideal for working at the computer, reading and travelling in the car.
This is the easiest way to ease back-pain while sitting and sit with perfect posture. You do not have to do anything except for to use it and you do not have to think about your posture as it helps you to maintain good posture.
The Freedom Back has a built in, battery operated massage which is wonderful especially when at work or travelling.

The Freedom Back is the Cadillac of back support pillows. I cannot praise it highly enough! It is so good that I bought one and soon after got another one, I do not want to be without it so I have one at home in my computer chair ( thats the one in the introduction photo) and one I use in the car and take into work.
It makes any chair comfortable for me. An added bonus that I LOVE is the inbuilt massager- fantastic for easing any aches and pains throughout the day. It runs on batteries so no plug in. I have found the freedom back support cushion very useable and sturdy and great to use in the car, the home and the office, even when travelling by train or bus.
The freedom back is my best and favourite back support cushion with the added and wonderful massaging option it is a must for me!
