Delicious Bacon Cheese Dip Recipe

Below you will find my favorite easy bacon cheese dip recipe. This recipe is a great way to serve up those hungry guests. You can also make this dip and take it to work with you. Your co-workers will love it! You can serve this bacon cheese dip for any occasion. Easy to make, this dip is ideal for spur of the moment appetizers. Cream cheese dip is great with sandwiches, tortilla chips (nachos) and more.

Easy Bacon Cheese Dip Recipe Directions

Serves: 16
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces Swiss cheese shredded
2 green onions finely chopped
4 buttery round crackers crushed

Instructions

1. Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, onions, and bacon. Place bowl in microwave, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well.

3. Return to microwave, and cook for 2 to 4 minutes more. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Serve warm with crackers or chips of your choice.
