Simple and Delicious
Bacon and scallops could be a match made in heaven. My bacon wrapped scallops are quick and easy to make and taste heavenly. In fact, they're so easy that even my husband can make them. They're low fat, use only only 2 ingredients, and are the perfect compliment to Bacon Wrapped Shrimp. They taste great whether you cook them on the grill or in the oven. Perfect for a dinner party or an intimate dinner for two.
