Easy and Delicious
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Hard to believe something so simple could taste so good...
- Serves: 4
- Prep Time: 10
- Total Time: 45
Ingredients
- 16 large fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
- 16 strips turkey bacon
Instructions
1. Rinse shrimp in cold water
2. Curl each shrimp and wrap with a piece of bacon
3. If cooking in a toaster oven, put a toothpick through each bacon wrapped shrimp and place on a wire baking wrap
4. Cook at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and check to see if done. Depending on where you live and your toaster oven, you might need up to 5 more minutes cooking time

(Optional Grilling Instructions)
3a. If cooking on a grill, put the bacon wrapped shrimp on bamboo skewers, 4 shrimp per skewer
4a. Grill over glowing hot charcoal about 2 or 3 minutes then turn and do 2 or 3 minutes on the other side
