Bad Credit Credit Card Reviews

I get a lot of request for bad credit cards.  So I wanted to put together a lens with my personal thoughts on each card and how someone with bad credit can use the card to improve their credit.

So you have bad credit

its not the end of the world

So you have bad credit. We all go thru problems at some point in our lives. In my line of business I think I've seen it all. I've had customers who when we pulled their credit report, Experian refused to rate it! Well there are a lot of ways you can dig yourself out of the hole of bad credit, but it will take time and some effort on your part. On my lens I will go over ways you can do it. Just keep in mind there is no magic letter you can write that will make all your credit problems go away. The best way to improve your credit is to pay your bills on time. That simple.

Bad credit credit card offers

When you have bad credit or even no credit, applying for a lot of the credit card offers you get in the mail doesn't make sense. Nor is it good for your credit. To many inquires will only hurt your credit score. Here I've listed what I feel are the top 5 credit cards on the net for people with bad credit. I'll probably extend it out to 10 at some point, but no time today :).

All of these credit cards cater to people with bad credit and all of them report to the credit bureaus.
Imagine Credit Card
This is a fairly new credit card to the net. I've rcvd a lot of positive feedback from customers about speed of approval and the look of the credit card. As one woman told me it doesn't have the "look or feel" of a bad credit credit card! Thats what makes it #1 on my list
Orchard Bank
I like their program because they make it fit your credit situation. They have a lot of different cards to offer. When you apply to them, if you don't meet their requirements for one of their prime or platinum cards, they also have sub prime and secured credit card offers
Centennial Gold Card
This one has been online for a couple of years. I call it an "oldie but goodie" :). No waiting here, the Centennial credit card gives instant online credit decisions.
Continental Finance MasterCard
This one is a fairly new credit card to the market. The feedback I've gotten so far has been pretty good, my clients are happy..so I'm happy :) This card offers semi-annual credit limit increases and doesn't have a minimum monthly income requirement. It's a very good credit card for people just starting back to work and don't have the employment history to get approved for some of the other credit cards.

About financegirls

Hello, I'm a loan consultant and freelance writer.  My niche is in sub prime lending.  In other words I help people and companies with credit problems get financing.  I have a lot of experience in credit repair since I've also worked as a bill collector at one point in my life. That wasn't the kind of job I wanted to do, kind of depressing.  On the upside, that's where  I learned a lot about credit and credit repair.
