If this is the first time you're suffering from back pains, it's said that within one year of your first attack around 90% of people who suffer from back pain can have another episode. Although the episode is usually not as painful, it still can return. So if you've been suffering from back pain again, try not to worry. Just remember to keep yourself active and there are many different ways that can help to overcome the pain, you need to seek your doctor's advice.

Now it's not something to necessarily be afraid of, it's said that the second episode of bad backback pain is usually not as painful, it can still return however.
