Time wasters and money grabs.
I am so sick of losing money trying to make money on the internet. Hopefully if you are looking for an online business you will see this first so you don't get sucked in.
Things to avoid when looking for online business ops.
- Cyclers or Doublers - for the most part these are actually illegal. If by chance you find one that isn't...don't waste your money.
- Traffic Exchanges - Time wasters. For every 2 pages you veiw someone views your site once. Often owners of these programs use the membership of these TE's as their own personal email lists. What ever program you are promoting has already been presented to a large part of the TE's membership base before you get a chance.
Specific Online Ops to Avoid
Don't get sucked in
Many online programs are really just selling a system and not any real products or services. If you can only make money by getting other people into the business then you should stay away.

I have lost a lot of money too over the years. It's getting harder and harder to make money, as times and technology changes, along with the type of sites that inspire people to buy things or to sign up with a site. There is more and more competition too these days, with blog sites being the most active - it's hard to feature in the top on all of them. Posted March 13, 2008 |
What are Scams?
A confidence trick or confidence game, more often known as a con, scam, swindle, grift, gaffle, bunko, flim flam, stratagem, or scheme, is an attempt to swindle a person or people (known as the "mark" or sometimes "griftee") which involves gaining his or her confidence. (For confidence tricks dealing with information theft or computers see social engineering.)
