Badminton
Badminton is one of the coolest sports (IMHO) there is out there. It is a racquet sport played by 2 or 4 people, and all you have to do is to hit the white feathery thing over the net into the court so your opponent can't get it. Simple, really.
It is a very fast sport, and there are many aspects of the game a player needs to develop in order to become a good badminton player. In act, among all the racquet sports, the fastest hitting speed has been recorded by a badminton player smashing a shuttlecock.
Baddy has been a part of my life since I was 12. It has provided me with huge opportunities to meet many people and travel to places around my country.
(yes i know we could have done without going to some of those places - *cough* - but..)
I am currently super unfit and playing sporadically ... but would like to share a wee bit about this sport that keeps me occupied during the cold winter months. Stick around and I will share with you training tips, or diss the players I hate... :)

I had a fight with myself but forced myself to go to training eventually. ^_^. Today was good coz it was a light session - all games. I haven't been playing very well at all since I took a 3 week hiatus from baddy. And this weekend is Divs... Thank goodness its only Div 3 so I won't have to be at my absolute best. :)

I am in pain. My knees hurt my back hurts my arm hurts *whinge* *whinge* *whinge*.
Kill me now.....
