I finally earned my wings!

After hanging around Squidoo for a couple of years, I was asked to be a Squid Angel, and was very happy to accept. I love everything about Squidoo and its lensmasters, and I'm always happy to share my knowledge with new lensmasters or critique the work of the seasoned old timers.

What I Look For In A Squidoo Lens

The lenses I bless have these qualities in common:

* A picture and bio. This tells me that you're serious about Squidoo, not a fly by night.

* An introduction module, including a nice picture, relevant to your topic. Be sure that you don't use any copyrighted images without permission of the owner!

*At least 5 modules worth of pictures, information and resources on the lens topic.

Squidoo HQ is always working to keep lensmasters on the cutting edge using the latest applications from around the Web in an easy to use format. If you're not familiar with the different types of modules, browse through the module section and play around with them until you find the ones you're looking for.

Note: Please give titles to ALL your modules, default titles look unprofessional.

* Lots of good information, original writing and links to other sites or relevant lenses. Make your lens a resource in itself for your topic. This will bring you higher Google rankings and increase lens traffic.

Don't forget to have a guestbook module and most of all, turn on the Contact Me option. Sometimes Angels will try to contact you with praise and/or helpful suggestions for making your lenses shine.
