The Lineage

Gao-style bagua is derived from Dong Haichuan's original teachings via Cheng Tinghua and Gao Yisheng.

About theben

I'm far from an expert at baguazhang - I've only been training for a couple of weeks now. I'm creating this lens to collect resources on starting out in this somewhat lesser-known Chinese martial art.
