Prunes Don't Just Make You Poop!
Hey there, using prunes in baked goods is a great way to replace the fat and get fit. For years, people have been using prunes and prune juice to cure constipation. I remember as a kid plugging my nose against the potent smell of the vile, dark liquid.
Whole prunes were not as bad. Now, as an adult, I enjoy prunes. That's a good thing, because they are beneficial in keeping the digestive system moving along. There are many great varieties too, with orange or cherry flavoring. You can get them in snack pack or big cartons.
I am going to take a look at baby food prunes and show you how to use them in some recipes to reduce the fat and calorie content. You'll be amazed at the taste.
