This Baked Deviled Egg Casserole feeds up to 6 people!

Deviled Eggs RecipeIngredients for Baked Deviled Egg Casserole

8 eggs, hard boiled
3 Tbsp mustard, prepared
4 Tbsp sour cream
1 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup pimento, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp margarine
1 cup sour cream

How to fix Baked Deviled Eggs Casserole? 

By following these simple directions!

Directions for preparing Baked Deviled Eggs Recipe
Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks.
Mash together yolks, mustard, 6 tablespoons sour cream and salt.
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
Melt margarine in large skillet; saute green pepper and onion until tender.
Remove from heat; stir in pimento, soup and 1-1/2 cup sour cream.
Place half the soup mixture in a greased half pan.
Arrange eggs, cut side up in a single layer in the pan.
Pour remaining soup mixture over top; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until heated through.

Casserole may be prepared in advance; refrigerate until ready to bake.
